Corey Construction is a Preferred Contractor for several shingle manufacturers.  Our large volume with these manufacturers and solid relationships with local distributors enable us to offer very competitive pricing.  We will work with you to set-up or maintain any rebate programs you may currently have with the shingle manufacturer of your choice.   

We also provide the roof decking turnkey and should be able to meet or beat any decking price given as well as assume the risk of theft.   

In addition, we install the J flashing or pre-flashing before the house is corniced for the majority of our customers.  We have several crews who do nothing but install this flashing all day which ensures the houses are flashed properly 100% of the time.  This eliminates all delays and leaks caused by missing or improperly installed flashing.  We have learned that by installing and being responsible for all components of the roofing system, including counterflashing, we have virtually eliminated all leak problems.   

From our past experience managing roofing both ways, turnkey and piecemeal, we have discovered many advantages to turnkey contracts.  Under a turnkey agreement, you are not responsible for ordering and scheduling the material, scheduling the crews, or replacing any stolen materials.  You don’t need to place additional purchase orders for a house because of theft, missing material, or incorrect takeoffs.  This makes your budgeting predictable, saves money, and eliminates additional paperwork, phone calls and unexpected delays. 

If there is material missing for any reason, we bring the needed materials to the jobsite within a couple of hours without having to notify anyone.  This accelerates our completion time because we don’t wait on a delivery company, leave the jobsite and return the next day.   

After we deck the house, the shingles are roof loaded which discourages theft and saves our crews time.  In many cases, decking can be delivered and installed in the morning and shingles can be roof loaded the same day.  This can be timed predictably because we are able to deliver both the shingles and decking ourselves from our own warehouse with our own trucks.
